1. The rider acknowledges the nature of equestrian sports and the potential risks of injury or harm involved
2. The rider fully releases Medhal Equestrian Center from any physical, psychological, or moral liabilities
3. The rider accepts full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may result from participation in the activity
4. The rider declares full physical fitness for equestrian sports
5. The rider confirms they are free from any illnesses or injuries that may hinder their performance
6. The rider agrees to immediately inform the center of any changes in their health condition
7. The rider bears responsibility for withholding any medical information that may impact their safety
8. The rider agrees to provide accurate and truthful medical and fitness information and acknowledges being fit to participate in equestrian activities
9. The rider agrees to fully comply with the rules and guidelines of Medhal Equestrian Center
10. The rider commits to respecting the center’s policies and adhering to scheduled training times
11. The rider must preserve the center’s facilities and equipment
12. The center has the right to suspend training in case of any violations
13. The rider agrees to follow all trainer instructions and the safety procedures implemented by the center
14. Parental consent and signature are required for trainees under the age of 18
15. The guardian bears all legal and financial responsibilities
16. The guardian confirms the minor’s physical and medical fitness for equestrian activity
17. The guardian must be present during training or delegate a representative
18. The rider agrees that the center may use photos or videos taken during training for marketing or promotional purposes, unless a written request is made not to do so
19. All payments should be settled before receiving any service, refund or exchange policy is not allowed.
20. Smoking is prohibited in all the stable facilities.
21. Photographing riders, visitors or owned horses inside the stable is prohibited without getting their approval.
22. Each person is responsible for their belongings, the stable is not responsible for any lost items.
23. Modification or cancellation for any class should be done before 2 hours from the class, any failure will lead to deduct the class from the package.
24. During competitions and events, the stable administration has the right to modify the classes schedule.
25. All riders must wear helmets and suitable footwear while riding.
26. All riders should arrive 15 mins before their class, any delay will lead to deduct it from the class duration.
